Getting telehealth abortion pills from At Home Abortion is a simple process.

A clinician reviews your form within 1 to 12 hours and writes a prescription if the medication is safe for you.

We send your prescription to a pharmacy. They’ll mail you the pills.

We’ll send you instructions on how to take the pills and what to expect during and after your abortion through our secure messaging portal.

The pills will get to you in 2-4 business days. They’ll come in a plain mailer.

You’ll take the pills at home or wherever you feel comfortable using our step-by-step instructions on how to take them and how to manage side effects and pain.

We’ll check in to see how you are doing 2 weeks after your pills arrive, and again 4 weeks later, but we are here for you throughout the process.
